Your monitor is 24" with only FHD resolution which is 1920×1080 pixels which makes your pixel density only 92ppi and this is kind of low, thats why you can see the individual pixels and everything look bad. I updated drivers and my scale and resolution is set to the recommended. Also check the clear type settings and see what's best.
