Try soldering one of the other motors to that esc , if it’s still doesn’t work the esc is broken, if it’s starts to work properly is the new motor thats broken Very common problem of Tinyhawk S is it's bad motor connectors. Hi Guys, I received a TinyHawk II for Christmas and have set everything up on Betaflight. Eventually I just learned to arm it and wait a couple seconds for all four motors to spin. Finally got around to replacing the drone itself, and I'm trying to bind it to the controller now. check it without conection to bf configurator, only by lipo power. I recently started flying. I bought replacement motors and while I was at it also a TinyHawk 2. I have all the software installed and I'm using a radiomaster tx12 that is bound to the drone. is it probably just a connection problem, does it worl if you move the conector ofthe cam? check all cables by some tiny force. is your wireing correct? if all seems ok, you can wire the signal wire of the vtx and cam directly together to check if the cam works. I followed the instructions in the manual to bind my transmitter (Taranis QX7), and gave it a go and nothing happened. So I got a Tinyhawk 2 Freestyle a couple of years ago. the fix can be a little difficult if ur solder skills arnt up to par… but soldering the motor wires directly to the pads will eliminate ur problem. I was preparing to go to the park this weekend so I hooked it up to beta flight to mess with some settings. Tried swapping the motor, upping digital idle, increasing start-up power, and dropping to DSHOT300, but nothing worked. it was completly fine when i started but then after some time the front right motor wouldnt spin.
